Josh Davis

Josh Davis is a passionate and experienced Visual Educator with a deep commitment to elevating the standard of performance in the Colorado Marching Arts community. With over a decade of experience working alongside marching ensembles across the country, Josh brings both a seasoned eye and a collaborative spirit to every program he supports.
Josh earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama in 2019 and currently resides in Denver, CO. He serves as a visual educator for programs across the Denver metropolitan area and works as a NASM-CPT who designs fitness programs for independent ensembles and high school marching programs.
As a performer, Josh marched with some of the top marching ensembles in the country, including Spirit of Atlanta (2013–2015), Atlanta Quest (2015) Carolina Crown (2016), and The Blue Devils (2017) His diverse performance experience across DCI and WGI has given him a well-rounded understanding of visual performance at the highest levels.
As an educator, Josh has contributed to the visual programs of several respected marching ensembles throughout the Southeast and Front Range, including Southwind 2018, Spirit of Atlanta 2018, Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps 2022, 2024-2026, BKPE 2026 and BKO 2026. His passion lies in developing confident, expressive performers through strong fundamentals, thoughtful design, and a student-centered approach to instruction.
Josh has worked with numerous students and educators across the country, bringing an energetic and innovative approach to ensembles aiming to improve competitively. His dedication to fostering growth and collaboration has allowed him to inspire students to reach their full potential, while also helping educators elevate their teaching methods to enhance overall performance.
